Sketches
This is one of my classic sketches. It was done in '99 for The New York Times op ed page. A kid from Columbine High wrote in defense of high school cliques and described how they provide a safe haven for misfit kids. After the massacre there was much gnashing of teeth over cliques being exclusionary- this is the other side of that view. Wes Bedrosian commissioned this and loved the sketch so much that we ran it as is.
