Good Question!
The illoz stroll is a totally random way of wandering around here. If you keep strolling, this thing will eventually show you one image from each illoz member. Then it will re-shuffle the member list and show you different images from each member. Since there are 27,419 images at illoz, this is just a small sampling, unless of course you sit here all day strolling...
The illoz stroll is not intelligent. It makes an image selection from a member by blindly reaching into their collection and pulling something, anything, out and showing it to you.
Think of it like window shopping...maybe.
